The attack involved social engineering tactics targeting employees, leading to unauthorized access to Ginco’s wallet management system. Following the breach, the stolen funds were funneled through various wallets and mixing services, ultimately reaching HuiOne Guarantee, a marketplace associated with cybercrime.
