A study introduces a scalable and lightweight curriculum learning framework that integrates Explainable AI (XAI) techniques, such as LIME, to bolster the security of IoT networks. The model employs a novel neural network architecture to effectively manage both short- and long-term dependencies, improving learning stability and accuracy while remaining robust against noise in sequential data. Through staged learning, the framework iteratively refines itself by eliminating low-relevance features. It also incorporates edge-optimized quantization and pruning for easy deployment on edge-IoT devices. Experimental results show impressive accuracy rates of 98% and 97% on various datasets, positioning this framework as a high-performance solution for IoT security challenges.
