🛡️✨ Innovative MARC Technology Enhances Row Hammer Attack Mitigation in DRAM. A new study introduces MARC, an advanced ARFM-driven mitigation technology designed to combat row hammer (RH) attacks in DRAM systems. The research highlights a significant correlation between the timing of active commands and the likelihood of RH attacks, leading to the development of MARC, which dynamically adjusts its response based on the severity of threats. With a detection efficiency exceeding 99%, MARC can be integrated compactly into memory systems, occupying only 3363 μm² of hardware space. Experimental results show that MARC significantly outperforms traditional mitigation methods, achieving up to 50 times improvement in exposure ratios, ensuring robust security while maintaining system performance.
